Louvers are one of the many products that Economy Metal Works (a custom precision metal fabricator) commonly produces for a range of satisfied customers in the construction, petrochemical, power generation and other industries. At EMW we take pride in our flexibility and diversification in both services and products, so stamped louvers are just one of the many variations in the type of louver that we are happy to produce. From prototype to production, EMW is equipped to deliver the custom manufactured stamped louver that your application demands.
What Are Stamped Louvers?
Our stamped louvers are simply louvers, which are created by stamping a given sheet of metal, instead of the louvers being formed separately and installed as a whole. Stamped louvers are commonly employed on enclosures, where one or more sides of the enclosure are stamped so that the louvers can provide ventilation (the purpose of a louver being to allow airflow while blocking the movement of objects and dirt).
Stamped louvers can also be applied in the manufacture of various kinds of metal enclosures, doors, radiator covers, fireplace shields or screens, and many other products.
Whether EMW is manufacturing an enclosure or other product for you that requires stamped louvers, or applying the stamped louvers to your existing metal enclosure, door, or other product, we can produce a result that meets your specifications.
Any quantity, spacing and configuration of slats for your stamped louvers are achievable per your request. Just about any size and shape can be manufactured by EMW.
We can manufacture stamped louvers, like all of our products, in mild carbon steel, stainless steel (304 and 316), galvanized and 3000, 5000 and 6000 series aluminum. A variety of finishing options are also available.

We have finishing options (powder coat or wet paint) available when needed.
Although we are not paint experts by trade or claim to be, we do offer coating/application
services through outside sources. All coating will be at the customer's request and specification.
In order that the customer receives the proper coating for their exact application all
specifications must come from and be approved by the customer prior to coating. EMW does
not make coating recommendations for any application. Essentially, you tell us the kind
of coating or finish you need or prefer and we will make sure that coating or finish
is applied properly.
Whether you have CAD drawings ready or just verbal instructions to provide, you can be confident that EMW has the experience, know-how and determination to follow-through on your project and manufacture a custom louver that will fit your application.
